Kathy Kramer, LMT
Kathy began her journey into healing in 2006 after becoming certified as a Level II Reiki practitioner. Those initial years of practicing Reiki on those in need, as well as the healing she received for herself, led Kathy to delve even deeper into the realms of restorative and hand-on techniques. In 2009, she became a licensed massage therapist after attending Collinson School of Therapeutics and Massage in Colorado Springs.
For Kathy, massage therapy allowed her to expand her repertoire by including the profoundly curative therapies of Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage; myofascial release techniques; craniosacral; and reflexology. She is also certified in Healing Touch and Passive Fascia Restoration. Kathy strongly believes that there is no better way to deliver loving kindness to another person than by providing the healing touch of massage.
The vast world of massage therapy keeps Kathy busy as she continuously seeks to learn new modalities and techniques. Beyond massage therapy, Kathy enjoys the beautiful outdoors of Colorado by hiking, camping, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and gardening. She is especially drawn towards the earth friendly sustainable gardening practices of Permaculture.
