I was first introduced to the practice of Yoga in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1996. In the beginning, as a fitness instructor and a former gymnast, I was skeptical of yoga but a good friend insisted that I give it a try – I have not stepped off my mat since. I believe Yoga, if we keep practicing, will help us to come home to the steady, still, mystery within. The Yoga which I practice and teach infuses a creative mix of music and sounds with both challenging and restorative postures. Come prepared to move your body, feel stronger, and explore who you really are.

My yoga training includes a 200 hour certification from the Yoga Alliance registered School Yoga Institute school, Off the Mat and Into the World Leadership Training with Sean Corn and various other Yoga workshops, teachers and conferences. In Gunnison Colorado, I co-owned the Yoga Sanctuary and taught Yoga for Western State University before moving to Manitou Springs. I hold a master’s degree in pastoral spirituality which also influences my practice. Come discover for yourself the transformational practice of yoga.
