Susan Searle

Susan was first introduced to the practice of yoga in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1996. In the beginning, as a fitness instructor and a former gymnast, Susan was skeptical of yoga but a good friend insisted that she give it a try – she have not stepped off my mat since. Susan believes yoga, if you keep practicing, will help you to come home to the steady, still, mystery within. The yoga which Susan practices and teaches infuses a creative mix of music and sounds with both challenging and restorative postures. Come prepared to move your body, feel stronger, and explore who you really are.   Susan’s yoga training includes: a 200 hour certification from the Yoga Alliance registered School Yoga Institute; training with Off the Mat; Into the World Leadership Training with Sean Corn; and various other yoga workshops, teachers and conferences. In Gunnison, Colorado, Susan co-owned the Yoga Sanctuary and taught yoga for Western State University before moving to Manitou Springs. She holds a master’s degree in pastoral spirituality, which also influences her practice. Come discover for yourself the transformational practice of yoga.
