Ros Prado began her yoga journey in 2013 after suffering from a knee injury. She found that through the practice of yoga asana, she could keep the body active and mobile while relaxing the mind.
Her practice quickly evolved from once a week to an everyday routine, and in 2014 she found her teacher, Bea Raydo. After completing her RYT200 certification with Bea, Ros quit her corporate job to teach yoga full time. She has since taught at various studios in the United States and Nicaragua. Her style is one that calls for self study and self care, and she likes to incorporate the concept of ahimsa and compassion into all of her teachings.
