Awakening Your Five Senses: A Women’s Retreat

Throughout this retreat, you will dive into each of your five senses using movement, workshops, excursions, and free time to tap in to whichever sense correlates with the day’s theme. Brittany aims to provide a safe container for women of all ages and skill levels to come together to see and be seen.
During the retreat, you can expect to slow down. This is a retreat, so think relaxation, mindful movement, and connection.
A typical day will look something like…
- 6:30am: Yoga/Meditation
- 8:00am: Breakfast
- 9:30am: Excursion correlating with the day’s theme
- 12:00pm: Lunch
- 2:00pm: Workshop on-site
- 6:00pm: Dinner
- 7:30pm: Restorative yoga
