SunWater Spa is a continuation of Manitou Springs’ health-focused history. With a new facility anchored near mineral springs, SunWater Spa offers soaking and spa services, as well as beautiful and peaceful spaces to host events.

 

Whether you are seeking an intimate space for a private event, corporate gathering, bridal shower, or looking for large-room spaces to host a public event, SunWater Spa is an ideal place to host your upcoming event. These spaces are perfect for everything from birthday parties to yoga workshops and kirtan house parties—the possibilities are endless.

 

Our unique setting provides you the space to bring your community together while offering services and amenities to rejuvenate each and every one of your guests.

Property Overview

SunWater Spa features three beautiful rooms available to rent for your event: the Nest, Cloud Lounge, and Heart Center. Each room features amazing views of Pikes Peak, and some rooms include outdoor spaces.

 

Additional amenities include private or public use of the soaking tubs, group spa services, saline therapy pool sessions, and yoga, meditation, and movement classes.

 

Private Events

SunWater Spa is the ideal location to host your upcoming private gathering. Please review the descriptions and pricing details for each of our three rooms. Consider the number of people who will attend, and the activities you’d like to include prior to making your decision.

 

We kindly request a two-month lead time to book your program.

The Nest

The Nest, a room perched at the top of the historic Tava House, is a cozy and whimsical private space that is perfect for more intimate parties. This room includes all amenities, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower, and has amazing views of Pikes Peak.

Cloud Lounge

The Cloud Lounge is a beautiful third-floor space with two walls of windows allowing for beautiful views of Pikes Peak. Included in this room is an indoor/outdoor fireplace, a ceremonial teepee, all amenities, and private bathrooms with showers. This room is ideal for a larger party, business function, or workshop.

Heart Center

The Heart Center is a gorgeous room with sweeping views of Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak. This room offers indoor and outdoor space with glass garage-style doors which open to a semi-private deck overlooking Memorial Park.

Public Events

Aligned in wellness and the living arts, SunWater Spa is a great option to host your yoga or movement-themed workshop, kirtan ceremony, or cultural or spiritual gathering.

 

SunWater Spa is proud to offer an Event Partnership Plan to support your wellness event. To take advantage of this option, select either the Cloud Lounge or the Heart Center as your event location, and we will aid in management of registrations and promote your event.

 

We kindly request a three-month lead time to book your program.

Partnership Pricing

The Event Partnership Plan includes the minimum payment for the room rental rate, a small marketing fee, and a 50/50 profit share once both parties have “earned” the equivalent of the room rental rate.

 

  • Base cost: room rental rate* + $50 marketing fee
  • 50/50 profit share once both parties have “earned” the equivalent to the room rental rate through participant registrations

*Room rental rates includes any set-up and clean-up fees

What’s Included
  • SunWater Spa manages guest registrations
  • SunWater will produce artwork and list your Event on our “Events” webpage; marketing fee covers incremental promotion via flyers, social media, newsletters, etc.

 

Activation and schedule are based on a minimum of six weeks lead time; abbreviated lead times will alter activation and is contingent upon marketing calendar.

 

While SunWater is happy to promote your event, the success of the event is largely contingent upon the Presenters’ efforts to promote the event too. We expect our Presenters to also promote via their business/personal websites, newsletters, post to social media and distribute flyers to their community.

Rental Furniture

Additional furniture is available for rent upon request. Below outlines availability and pricing, all included within setup and breakdown.

 

  • 100 folding chairs, brown: first 12 are complementary, $2 each thereafter
  • 10 cocktail tables, high or low, $5 each
  • 6 banquet tables, $7 each
  • Cocktail tablecloth – white, formal, $4 each
  • Cocktail tablecloth – red/white, casual, $3 each
  • Banquet tablecloth – white, formal, $6 each
  • Banquet tablecloth – patterned, casual $4 each

Please Note

Due to state regulations, no drugs are allowed on the property. This includes tobacco, alcohol, and marijuana. For the safety and enjoyment of your group, all guests in your party will be required to sign SunWater’s liability waiver upon check-in and will be expected to uphold this and all of our policies.
