  • We are requesting that staff and guests wear face coverings and follow 6-foot social distancing guidelines while on site
  • Soaking and spa service appointments must be made and pre-paid online
  • SunWater Spa asks you to bring the following personal items if you plan to soak:
    • Slippers/Sandals, Towels, Water Bottle, A Garment Bag to keep personal items in while you are on-site
  • We are open from 9:00am – 9:00pm Tuesday – Sunday, and closed on Monday.

All guests will be required to sign a new waiver. Sign your new waiver now, or when booking a link will be emailed to you.

 

Our new hours are 9:00am – 9:00pm Tuesday – Sunday.
We are closed Monday for maintenance.

 

Our new reception hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm seven days a week.

 

Soaking will need to be booked over the phone. Please call in advance to ensure your spot.

The health and safety of our guests and staff is very important to us. Due to COVID-19, we are taking the following precautions:

  • We are requesting that staff and guests wear face coverings while on site. If you do not have a mask, our team can provide one for you. Please keep your mask on in all common areas, treatment rooms and when interacting with other guests and staff. We ask that staff and guests follow 6-foot social distancing guidelines when interacting with fellow staff members and guests.
  • Soaking and spa service appointments must be made and pre-paid via phone, and only guests who are currently soaking or receiving a spa service will be allowed on premises. Friends and family will be asked to wait outside to allow for social distancing.
  • For the moment we are not accepting cash as a payment method. Please pre-pay online, over the phone, or by credit/ debit at the front desk.
  • Our staff is working diligently to thoroughly disinfect treatment rooms and common areas, like restrooms, after each use, using medical grade, EPA approved disinfectants.
  • If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19-impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.
  • SunWater Spa asks you to bring the following personal items if you plan to soak:
    • Slippers/Sandals
    • Towels
    • Water Bottle
    • Robe (if desired)
    • A Garment Bag to keep personal items in while you are on-site
  • Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
