Based upon the highly-rated book Dynamic Aging by Katy Bowman, Intro to Dynamic Aging will include exercises and postural adjustments to restore movement, with a focus on healthy feet and better balance as well as tips for how to move and feel better in daily life.

Joanna Zaremba is a Nutritious Movement® Certified Restorative Exercise Specialist (RES-CPT). She completed a two-year whole-body alignment and biomechanics-based certification with Biomechanist and Author Katy Bowman. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and she has been a movement teacher and health and wellness professional for 15 years. She loves teaching people to move better while having fun!
