  • All reservations must be paid with a credit card at the time of booking.
  •  We do not issue refunds for the following:
    • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24-hours prior to your reservation.
    • Multiple bookings and packages canceled or rescheduled less than 48-hours prior to your reservation.
    • Large group reservations canceled or rescheduled less than five days before reservation.
    • Failure to call within the above timeframe or failure to show up.
  • Please call and leave us a voicemail at (719) 695-7007, within the above time frames if you need to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your reservation.
  • If you are sick or not feeling well, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to reschedule your reservation.
